DestinyChart ("the App") is a personal automation tool operated by its owner. The App uploads short videos created by the owner from the owner's own computer to the owner's own social media accounts (including Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook), using the official APIs of those platforms.
The App is intended solely for personal use by its owner. It does not provide services to third parties, does not accept user registrations, and does not publish content on behalf of anyone other than the owner.
All videos handled by the App are created and owned by the App's owner. The owner is solely responsible for the content uploaded through the App and for its compliance with the Community Guidelines and Terms of Service of each platform.
Use of Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook through the App is subject to each platform's own Terms of Service. The App uses only official APIs and respects their rate limits and usage policies.
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The owner uses it at their own risk.
